Bunch of wires hanging off of a pole...sure, why not. 

Might just be coax cable, but I don't really want to go up and check.

I'll just assume it's some life threatening cable and steer clear.

Scared the crap out of me too, just walking down in the dark and just see this thing and those teeth...then I see the trail of blood pouring out of it's mouth and figure I'm pretty safe to walk by it.
